About these terms
These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made from Exen Furniture, located on Spintex Road, Accra, Ghana. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.
Orders and payment
- A deposit of 50% is required to confirm all furniture orders. The balance is due prior to or on delivery.
- We accept mobile money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo), bank transfer, and cash payments.
- Prices are quoted in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and include VAT where applicable.
- Prices are subject to change without notice. The price confirmed at time of order is guaranteed.
Delivery
- Delivery and assembly are included at no extra charge for all orders within Greater Accra.
- Delivery timelines are estimates only. We will communicate any delays promptly.
- A responsible adult must be present to receive and sign for delivery.
- For deliveries outside Greater Accra, a separate delivery charge will be quoted and agreed before order confirmation.
Returns and exchanges
- If furniture arrives damaged or defective, we will arrange repair or replacement at no cost to you. This must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Returns are not accepted for change-of-mind purchases once delivery has been made and accepted.
- For custom or special-order pieces, deposits are non-refundable once the order is placed with the manufacturer.
Warranty
All furniture sold by Exen Furniture carries a 2-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or failure to follow care instructions.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved under Ghanaian jurisdiction.
