After confirming your order in-showroom or via WhatsApp, we provide a delivery date estimate and take a deposit to secure the order.

Delivery Scheduling
We will contact you 1 day before your delivery to confirm the time window and ensure someone is home to receive the furniture.

Delivery & Assembly
Our trained team delivers and assembles all furniture in your chosen room. This includes unwrapping, placing, and levelling all pieces.

Quality Check
Before we leave, we walk through everything with you. Any issues — however minor — are resolved on the spot or a return visit is scheduled.
